Recently, the 2008 Customs Tariff of Import of P.R.China is published by Ministry of Finance (for the details, please refer to www.chinaleather.org). In 2008, China will reduce the MFN tariff rates according to China’s WTO commitments. As for the tariff rates of leather related products, only the following three reduced from 7.1% to 6.5%:

32041100, 32041200, 32041600

And all other tariff lines reminded as last year’s.
